OK note to self.....do not talk to your girlfriend on the phone while making a massive batch of meringues!!!!

I over beat them just a tad...not enough to register at the time but certainly enough to make then gooey....floppy (but tasty) little failures....*sigh* probably a good thing for my butt, but not good my ego :P

Oh well you know what they say practice makes perfect!
